Here is a home for making memories. During the summer, all of your friends will want to come to barbecues at your house. Imagine the delight they’ll feel when they pull into your driveway and approach the beautiful stone porch. Welcome everyone inside, and your guests will quickly find their favorite places to relax and enjoy the festivities. Some of your guests will enjoy the air conditioned great room. With windows overlooking the sunny backyard, they’ll still be able to watch the kids playing in the pool outside. Since this area is open to the kitchen and dining area, they’ll also be able to carry on a conversation with you as you prepare your summer feast. The kitchen features not only a spacious island, but also wraparound counters, which gives you and your friends plenty of room to work without bumping elbows. On the second floor, you’ll have two bedrooms, a bonus room that can double as another bedroom, guest room or play room, and the master suite. From the bedrooms, your children will have ready access to their own bathroom and a large linen closet stocked with towels and other necessities. The master suite is your own private area to rest, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Picture windows look down on your beautiful backyard and a doorway to the left of the windows leads you into the master bathroom, where you can enjoy a warm soak in or a cool rinse in either the spa tub or the tiled shower. Further into the bathroom, you’ll find an entry to a massive walk-in closet where all of your clothes and accessories are neatly organized.
