Grand Old Home

The tree-lined streets of older towns are filled with grand old homes that are unlike any you see today. The exterior façade was borrowed from one of those homes and fitted to a well-suited floor plan for today's lifestyles. All of the main rooms, the stairwell and the porches are accessible off of the grand center hall. In keeping with the times, all of the lower level rooms have 10' ceilings. The intimate library and wet bar off the family room is positioned to make it easy to grab a book and a drink on the way to the front porch swing.
